About the role

We’re looking for a Trading Support Engineers to join the global Infrastructure and Technology Services team in Hong Kong. You’ll act as the bridge between technology and trading - ensuring seamless operation of distributed systems and providing hands-on support to the trading desk.

Responsibilities

• Manage production incidents, identify root causes, and lead post-mortems.
• Support and maintain multi-server trading systems.
• Provide direct trade floor support and application assistance.
• Coordinate UAT and production software releases.
• Collaborate with Development and Operations teams to resolve live issues.
• Enhance monitoring, logging, and automation frameworks.
• Proactively identify and drive process improvements.
• Participate in occasional after-hours testing and release support.

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 3 - 10+ years of experience in trading support or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency with Linux and scripting (Python, Perl, or PHP).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• A passion for automation and system reliability.
