Automation Engineer (N8N)

Role Overview:

As an Automation Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain complex automated workflows to optimize business processes. You’ll leverage iPaaS tools, scripting, and AI-driven solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency. This role combines creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving to make a real impact across Gamdom’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Develop custom integrations and handle data transformations using scripting or programming (TypeScript preferred).
• Apply AI and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain) to automation challenges and workflow optimization.
• Work with APIs, webhooks, and data formats such as JSON to ensure smooth system interoperability.
• Manage and query data using PostgreSQL and other storage solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Maintain version control using Git and follow best practices for code quality and documentation.
• Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions proactively.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in designing, building, and maintaining automated workflows.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to real-world automation challenges.
• Solid programming/scripting skills, preferably in TypeScript.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and other data storage solutions.
• Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Self-driven, proactive mindset with a high sense of integrity and ownership.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
