Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the decommissioning of on-premises Active Directory systems.

• Support the migration of identity services and dependencies to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and transition of applications and services.

• Evaluate and enhance the governance, access control, and security configuration within Entra ID.

• Maintain and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.

• Administer Windows Server environments, including patching, troubleshooting, and legacy dependency removal.

• Manage and secure endpoints using Intune or similar tools.

• Implement Conditional Access policies and Identity Protection best practices.

• Automate administrative and migration tasks using PowerShell, Terraform, or similar scripting tools.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure compliance and operational continuity.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with Active Directory decommissioning and Entra ID migration projects.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity governance, and access management.

• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).

• Experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with endpoint and device management tools such as Intune.

• Working knowledge of security tools and frameworks including Microsoft Defender.

• Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Terraform, or equivalent).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong documentation and compliance awareness.
