You should be proficient in Solidity, Rust, and TypeScript, and comfortable deploying smart contracts, integrating Web3 interfaces, and working with wallets and on-chain data. You’ll play a key role in building secure, scalable blockchain solutions that power both consumer and enterprise platforms. This role demands production-grade code, strong familiarity with Web3 infrastructure, and the ability to contribute across all layers of a decentralized architecture in a remote-first setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain full-stack decentralized applications (dApps) using Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar tools
  • Integrate blockchain protocols like Ethereum, Polygon or Layer 2 scaling solutions
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to connect smart contracts to user interfaces Implement and maintain wallet integrations (e.g. MetaMask, WalletConnect)
  • Manage on-chain/off-chain data interactions using IPFS, The Graph, or Moralis
  • Conduct thorough audits, testing, and simulations to ensure contract reliability and security
  • Optimize smart contract architecture for scalability, security, and performance
  • Stay current with evolving Web3 technologies, protocols, and best practices
  • Maintain clean, modular code and contribute to technical documentation

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in blockchain development or Web3 engineering
  • Proven expertise in smart contract development with Solidity and Rust
  • Hands-on experience with Solana, Ethereum, Polygon, or other major blockchain ecosystems
  • Proficiency in Web3 libraries like Web3.js, Ethers.js, and familiarity with Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle
  • Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles
  • Experience with NFTs, DeFi protocols, DAOs, or decentralized identity (DID) systems is a plus
  • Strong grasp of performance optimization, gas cost analysis, and secure coding practices
  • Comfortable with Git, CI/CD workflows, and version control best practices
  • Proficient in TypeScript, with additional knowledge of Python or Go considered a bonus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Blockchain Engineering, or a related field is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in remote, cross-functional teams
