Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager – Purchase & Post-Purchase (m/f/d) to join our App & Web team. Our Shop Applications Team continuously improves our app, mobile site, and desktop website and large-scale products visited by millions of users every month. The team’s mission is to deliver the most inspiring, convenient, intuitive, and user-friendly shopping experience and to constantly redefine the state of the art in customer-centric products.
What you will do
- Work closely with the Product Lead, support stakeholder management and be a driving part of the ABOUT YOU mobile app team.
- Support the development of app features with a hands-on mindset by closely collaborating with developers, designers and QA´s. Assisting in testing, gathering requirements, and creating dev-ready tickets.
- Coordinate the product development team by triaging operational issues, identifying technical dependencies, and assessing business impact
- Work data-driven, based on reports and analyses for deriving actions that are truly oriented towards our customers’ needs
- Conceptualize ideas for new improvements and handle taking features from the idea to execution.
- Be part of an international product team and develop features for millions of users
- Work in a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processes
- A deep understanding of technology, business processes and functional dependencies
- At least 2 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management, ideally with direct product ownership
- First-hand experience with UI design and/or development tools is a plus
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand different perspectives easily
- You are analytical, data-driven and focus on efficiency and solutions
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused approach
- Practical and recent experience working with Jira and Confluence
