• Mandatory skills: Expertise in Credit Card Migration and extensive business analysis experience in cards and payments.
• Role description: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to address business challenges.
• Blend understanding of business domain with product, service, or technology knowledge.
• Contribute to ideation and problem statement creation to define business objectives.
• Develop epics and user stories based on customer or colleague needs.
• Create Operational Design focused on customer outcomes.
• Participate in design process, ensuring issue resolution and value addition.
• Quantify technology impact, communicate changes, and readiness activities.
• Represent unified voice for business needs, balancing value, risk, and compliance.
