You’ll join a small, high-impact development team onsite in Miami, taking ownership of building cutting-edge internal AI tools that drive quality, reliability, and performance. You’ll work across backend (Python/FastAPI), data (Supabase/PostgreSQL), cloud platforms, observability, and messaging/telephony. You will be able to make meaningful impact from day one!

The person:

* Strong Python experience ( FastAPI preferred)

* Strong SQL skills; hands-on PostgreSQL schema design

* Experience with CI/CD

* Experience automated testing

* Skilled in observability (logs/metrics/traces)

* Able to build 0-1 systems quickly with full ownership!

The role:

* Take ownership in building new AI platform performance tools that drive quality and reliability.

* Backend – Python (FastAPI)

* Data - PostgreSQL / Supabase

* Platform : CI/CD / AWS / Terraform/ CDK

* Observability: OpenTelemetry / Prometheus / Grafana
