📌 QA Analyst – Manual, Salesforce preferred (Full-time Contract, Remote)

🗓 Start date: October/November 2025
📆 Contract type: Contractor, 100% Remote
🌐 Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm UK Time - At least 6 hours of overlap are expected
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute test strategies, test cases, and regression suites to ensure product quality across Salesforce applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with Digital scrum teams to plan, estimate, and verify user stories and acceptance criteria, driving high-quality delivery.
- Identify, document, and track bugs or production issues, performing root cause analysis to support rapid resolution.
- Test user interfaces for browser and device compatibility, as well as APIs, ensuring end-to-end functionality and reliability.
- Contribute to QA standards and continuous improvement by researching tools, frameworks, and evolving industry practices.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in creating and implementing test plans, strategies, and test scripts.
- Proven hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications and components, including Apex code.
- Strong knowledge of manual QA processes, defect management, and tools such as TestRail, TestNG, HP Quality Center, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Familiarity with REST API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, SoapUI).
- Solid database querying skills (SQL) and ability to support data-driven testing.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken).
- Background in a programming language (Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript, .Net, C#).
- Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to Angular, React, Power BI, or Power Platform.
- QA certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent).
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
