About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst to join our cybersecurity team supporting a major site in Belgium. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based anywhere in Europe, with occasional on-site visits if required.

You will play a critical role in monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity incidents across a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure scenarios, demonstrates deep technical knowledge, and maintains a proactive mindset toward evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze network traffic, security events, and alerts using SIEM tools
• Investigate security incidents and provide detailed analysis and recommendations
• Perform threat hunting and vulnerability assessments
• Collaborate with incident response teams and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a SOC Analyst or in a similar cybersecurity operations role
• Strong knowledge of SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, etc.)
• Familiarity with EDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and malware analysis tools
• Strong communication skills in English (French or Dutch is a plus)
• Must be based in Europe and eligible to work within the EU
