AI Business Systems Analyst

My client is actively seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to 100% remotely support their growing international team that is based out of the greater Chicagoland area.

This is 100% remote but most work central time (CST) zone hours

Job Description:

• Experience working on AI projects in matrix organization
• At ease with technology
• Project Planning & Governance
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Define project governance models and reporting cadences.

Execution & Monitoring

• Track progress against milestones and KPIs.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (for Agile projects)
• Stakeholder Communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project status updates
• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly status reports

Tooling & Reporting

• Utilize client-approved tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, PPT, Excel) for tracking and reporting
• Business analysis skills seen as a plus
• Technical writing skills seen as a plus
