Junior AI/ML Developer

We are looking for a Junior AI/ML Developer to join our Machine Learning Internal IT team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize AI solutions with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. You will work on projects that directly support the company’s business processes, while gaining valuable experience in an environment that fosters innovation, knowledge sharing, and career growth.

Your tasks

• Develop and maintain AI/ML applications
• Implement and integrate models into production systems
• Analyze data and optimize machine learning workflows
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver AI solutions
• Conduct testing and validation of models and applications
  
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Python Developer, AI/ML Developer, or similar AI-oriented role
• Proficiency in Python and related libraries (e.g., Pandas, PyTest)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and NLP solutions
• Knowledge of machine learning methods and algorithms
• Ability to work with large datasets and data processing tools
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
• Fluent in Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
