Role Overview

Looking for a skilled SDET Automation Tester to lead automation testing initiatives for Mainframe and Tandem-based application environments. The candidate should be capable of working independently onsite, focusing on functional, API, and end-to-end test automation using Java & Selenium within Agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java & Selenium
• Perform functional and API testing for core enterprise applications
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with development and business teams
• Own testing deliverables end-to-end and ensuring high-quality releases
• Support defect analysis, debugging, and test coverage improvements

Required Skills

• Java + Selenium hands-on automation experience
• API Testing experience (REST APIs)
• Strong Functional testing background
• Agile methodology exposure
• Ability to independently handle testing from client location

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mainframe/Tandem systems
• Experience in a financial domain environment
