Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain data-driven and software products
- Ensure data reliability, quality, and integrity across all systems
- Participate in the development of machine learning pipelines and analytics solutions
- Translate complex business and operational challenges into scalable technical solutions
- Contribute to creating an inclusive workspace where all team members can actively participate
- Support product and engineering initiatives through coding, analysis, and process improvement
- Adapt to high-volume periods, such as election cycles, with flexibility and responsiveness
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to innovate on data and product challenges
- Passion for progressive, philanthropic, and social impact initiatives
- Technical proficiency in Python, Pandas, PySpark, SQL, or R (depending on the role)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud and big data tools
- Experience in machine learning operations (MLOps) and analytics platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
