We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver data, AI, and automation solutions for leading pharmaceutical clients. You’ll work closely with sales, technology, and delivery teams acting as a trusted advisor who helps clients achieve their goals through innovation and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-sales discussions, define solution architecture, and support technical delivery.
• Design and implement tools, automations, and apps (mainly in R and SAS) to improve project efficiency.
• Guide clients through regulatory submissions (FDA, EMA, PMDA) including CDISC, SDTM, and ADaM standards.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience in R (Shiny, Tidyverse) and SAS (Base, Macro, Graph).
• Deep understanding of clinical data workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in both pre-sales and technical delivery leadership.
• Confident communicator and presenter with excellent client-facing skills.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, international environment.
