Test Lead - Data Integration & CRM Systems

Join the Sii team as Test Lead and support global commercial drug implementations for our pharmaceutical client. You will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end data testing, MDM system integrations (e.g. Reltio, Veeva Network), CRM (Veeva CRM) and data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift). Your work will ensure the reliability and compliance of the data architecture supporting the product launch process from day one.

Your tasks

• Design end-to-end test plans covering data flows, MDM/CRM integrations and analytical reporting
• Execute manual tests for data integration, transformation and loading (ETL/ELT) processes in a commercial environment
• Verify data consistency, completeness and provenance between sources, MDM and downstream systems
• Monitor data quality metrics and pipeline health, with proactive response to deviations
• Coordinate with Data Engineering, MDM, Commercial Ops and Medical Affairs teams on test requirements and acceptance
• Document test results, report case coverage and support the go-live process
  
  

Requirements

• Experience min. 5 years in data testing and quality control in a pharmaceutical or life sciences environment
• Familiarity with MDM (Reltio, Veeva Network) and CRM (Veeva CRM) systems used in the commercial area
• Proficiency in data warehouse testing (Snowflake, Redshift) and practical use of SQL
• Ability to work with testing tools (JIRA, test case management systems)
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, master data integration and data quality assurance practices
• Communication skills to effectively collaborate with business and technical teams
• Very good knowledge of the English language
