Role Overview:

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams working fully remote for one our clients across the Netherlands and other European countries.

What you will do:

• Plan and execute Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption;
• Migrate data to OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online;
• Use industry-standard tools such as AvePoint Fly to carry out migration tasks;
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, define migration strategies, and resolve technical issues;
• Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate processes and enhance efficiency;
• Document migration plans, configurations, and post-migration support procedures;
• Assist in troubleshooting and post-migration validation to ensure service continuity.

What you are like:

• Solid understanding of the entire Microsoft 365 suite;
• Proven experience with migrations to OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online;
• Hands-on use of migration tools such as AvePoint Fly (or similar like Quest or BitTitan);
• Strong PowerShell skills and a passion for automation and scripting;
• Detail-oriented and methodical approach to planning and execution;
• Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
• Proficient in English (as you will maintain daily contact with international teams).
