Job Description
This role is focused on securing employee workstations through AV, EDR, MDM, OS hardening, logging, and encryption. Requires hands-on experience with Windows/macOS security tools and cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for endpoint security solutions, including AV, EDR, HIPS.
- Test, assess, and deploy new security products and technologies specifically designed for employee workstations.
- Implement and enforce operating system hardening.
- Configure and manage workstation logging.
- Management and ongoing support of encryption solutions on workstations.
- Proactively identify, assess, and resolve vulnerabilities and misconfigurations on workstations.
- Proven experience administering cloud-based AV and EDR solutions.
- Hands-on experience with MDM solutions and comprehensive device management (Windows, macOS, etc.).
- Expertise in configuring operating systems through policies, profiles, and other configuration management tools.
- Understanding of log collection mechanisms with experience using tools and techniques to gather and analyze logs across various operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Knowledge of operating system hardening best practices.
- Ability to read technical documentation and communicate verbally in English (B1+ level or higher).
