Our Client a leading bank in Asia with a global network of more than 500 branches and offices in 19 countries and territories in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America are looking for Consultants to be part of the project
The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. They work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Malaysia and overseas branches.
The client has more than 80 years of history in the banking industry and is expanding its footprint in Malaysia.
The selected resource will be working in a newly setup technology centre located in Kuala Lumpur as part of Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks capable of executing end-to-end use case scenarios and business workflows.
- Implement automation strategies using TOSCA and Selenium to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate with functional and non-functional testing teams to identify test automation opportunities.
- Analyze automation test results, identify defects, and support root cause analysis.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Work closely with developers, QA leads, and business analysts to ensure quality delivery.
- Contribute to defining best practices and standards for test automation.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior automation testers.
Skills
Must have
- 6-9 years of total experience in automation testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA (mandatory).
- Proven experience in Selenium automation framework development (mandatory).
- Proficiency in VB Script, Java, and C for test scripting and automation customization.
- Experience in designing reusable automation frameworks and utilities.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software testing lifecycle (STLC), and defect management.
Nice to have: Loadrunner, Jmeter
