• 8–12+ years of experience in or adjacent to the recruitment, staffing, workforce solutions, or talent services industry
• Proven success building, launching, or scaling a business unit, division, or new revenue stream
• Strong background in client-facing roles, including sales presentations, proposal development, and relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to own P&L, manage budgets, and deliver on revenue growth targets
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across recruitment, operations, and client delivery
• Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to fulfillment
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems, with preference for Salesforce and workflow automation tools
Must Haves
• Ability to create, launch, and scale a new domestic recruitment division—owning both business development and operational delivery
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership presence and a track record of business building
• Skilled in developing go-to-market strategies, process design, and performance management systems
• Experience managing KPIs, reporting dashboards, and team accountability
• Comfortable leading both strategy and execution in a fast-growing environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience launching or expanding a service line or vertical within a staffing or workforce solutions firm
• Previous work with immigrant or work-authorized populations and understanding of related compliance frameworks
• Experience implementing or managing Salesforce-integrated recruitment systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with process automation, workflow optimization, and team scaling initiatives
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically to drive sustainable business growth
