What You'll Do:

• 🔹 Lead & Architect: Take full ownership of features, designing and deploying robust, scalable full-stack solutions.
• 🔹 Front-End Mastery: Architect beautiful, responsive, and blazing-fast user interfaces using your expert-level knowledge of ReactJS and TypeScript.
• 🔹 Back-End Expertise: Design, implement, and maintain secure, high-performance APIs using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) or a comparable modern framework.
• 🔹 Mentor & Elevate: Act as a technical pillar for the team, providing guidance, leading code reviews, and mentoring junior developers on best practices.
• 🔹 Champion Quality: Define and manage database schemas (SQL/NoSQL), optimize complex queries, and implement a robust testing strategy.

What We're Looking For (Required):

• ✅ 5+ years of progressive, professional experience in full-stack web development.
• ✅ Expert-level (5+ years) mastery of ReactJS with TypeScript.
• ✅ Strong professional (3+ years) experience with a back-end framework, with a high preference for Python (e.g., FastAPI (must have), Django, Flask).
• ✅ Deep understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• ✅ Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker).

Bonus Points:

• ⭐ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
• ⭐ Familiarity with serverless architecture.
• ⭐ A passion for performance optimization across the entire stack.
