Your Role

You’ll work closely with a small, senior team of engineers and a hands-on co-founder to build innovative data-driven products across the full stack. The focus is front-end heavy (React), but you’ll need to confidently work on backend components in Java or Kotlin, collaborating closely with an architect on design and scaling.

• Own and deliver features across the full SDLC — from design to deployment
• Build performant, maintainable front-end experiences in React
• Contribute to back-end services in Java/Kotlin
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape roadmap priorities and AI integration
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and paired programming where needed
