About The Role
As a Product Owner for the Gaming Lobby, you will own the end-to-end discovery and delivery of lobby experiences across Casino, Live Casino, Jackpots, and Bingo. Your mission is to improve how players browse, discover, and return to games, while increasing conversion and engagement. You will work closely with UX, engineering, data, and brand leads to build an
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Gaming Lobby surfaces across MWEB and Native apps.
- Improve navigation, personalisation, browsing, and discoverability of content.
- Translate business goals into clear, actionable user stories with measurable outcomes.
- Balance customer needs, commercial goals, compliance requirements, and tech constraints.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to ship high-quality features efficiently.
- Work with data teams on A/B experiments to validate improvements to relevance, click-through rates, and retention.
- Support go-to-market activity and internal communication of changes.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Owner working on consumer-facing digital products.
- Experience improving UX for ranking, sorting, search, or content discovery.
- Strong understanding of funnel optimisation, conversion metrics, and behavioural data.
- Comfortable working with engineers, UX/UI teams, and data teams.
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple brands and markets.
- Working knowledge of A/B testing and KPI impact analysis.
- Background in iGaming or other high-frequency transactional platforms.
- Knowledge of live casino lobby models or dynamic content frameworks.
- Familiarity with personalisation models or real-time content engines.
- Experience with search ranking systems, recommendation engines, or catalog-based experiences.
