The Role: They are looking for a talented Engineering Manager, Mobile, B2C, to manage a cross functional squad of exceptional Software engineers, of all seniorities. This is a people-focused management role, suited to someone who excels at; developing individuals, inspiring the team, fostering collaboration, getting results, and crafting exciting career plans. You will be someone that has progressed through the ranks as a Software engineer, at top engineering teams, and feels confident with making strategic Technical decisions. Skills/Experience Required for Engineering Manager, Mobile, B2C: Proven impact working within a fast-growth B2C business, from start-up to scale-up phase, managing and leading a large team of circa 6+ people. Experience working within React Native (or Mobile/React) and/or Ruby technologies. Will consider EM's with an interesting background in Data/ML/AI too. Confidence in setting the technical roadmap and implementing processes through strong communication skills. Salary & Benefits: The salary for the Engineering Manager, Mobile, B2C, is paying up to £110,000 base. It also comes with competitive share options, a discretionary performance bonus, and benefits. In terms of Remote working and Flexibility, this company ideally wants someone in the Shoreditch, London office on a hybrid weekly basis. But they can flex for exceptional candidates. This company is able to provide relocation support to the UK and sponsorship. Also, they don't mind candidates being abroad a few months of the year in EU, but you must be UK based.
