Head of Product (Cyprus)

We’re looking for a visionary Head of Product to join our team and lead our product strategy to new heights. If you’re a results-driven individual with a knack for innovation and a passion for delivering exceptional product, we want you on board.

Responsibilities:

— Dive deep into market trends, customer needs, and competitive forces to shape our product direction;

— Inspire and mentor our talented product management team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability;

— Lead the charge throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch;

— Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery, from engineering and design to marketing and compliance;

— Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitor activities, using data analysis to drive continuous product improvement;

— Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with customer support, engaging directly with our clients to understand their needs and pain points;

— Craft a clear product roadmap that aligns with our strategic vision and prioritizes features based on customer value and business impact.

Requirements:

— You’re a seasoned pro with 5+ years in a Head of Product or Product Team Lead role, and 7 years in product management overall;

— You thrive on building and motivating high-performing teams;

— With a strategic mindset and hands-on capabilities, you’re always two steps ahead of the game.

— You hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, and a Master’s degree would be the cherry on top;

— Experience in B2C products (Fintech industry);

— You’ve got a solid grasp of software development lifecycle models and agile techniques, and you know your way around business modeling, P&L, and ROI;

— Metrics like CTR, CTI, and LTV are your bread and butter, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into A/B testing and UI/UX testing;

— Stakeholder management, negotiation, interpersonal skills;

— Fluent or at least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
