Product Manager (Payments and transfers)

We are looking for a talanted Product Manager (Payments and fund transfers). As a key player in our Payments Team, you will have the opportunity to build the best payments experience in the Philippines for Salmon customers, driving customer success and Salmon products economics.

🔧 What you will do

• Work closely with Product Owner, Portfolio, OPS and tech teams during project and product  launches and experiments within the payments area

• Product discovery (for example: Remittance, Checks, SWIFT and etc. - how it works in the Phillipines and how it should work in Salmon), UX/UI research

• Define and provide business requirements for payment projects launch (mobile app, backend systems; Operations, customer and product support teams)

• Payments/transfers funnel optimization - improve by experiments complete payment flow to achieve a superior customer experience - for both consumer facing payments and recurring billing patterns

• Monitor emerging and market trends, industry developments, regulatory change and security enhancements across the payments industry

✅ Who you are

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / System Analyst in mobile and online payments area

• Proven track record in creating financial products/payments area, mobile analytics

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously

• Good communication skills to work effectively with different teams (from developers to legal and compliance)

• Ability to apply data-driven decision-making and gather customer feedback

• Familiar with APIs, UML/BPMN, system logs (Splunk, Graylog)

• Good understanding of Risk and compliance Risk/issue in the product area Payments and fund transfers

• Proven track record in improving metrics by experiments

• Experience in vendor and payment services management
