Java Developer | SaaS Scale-up | AI Supply Chain | Mannheim-Based

I am currently partnered with one of Germany's fastest-growing hyper scale-ups are looking for a Java Developers to join the team.

Our client is a SaaS company, that uses AI and Data to automate and simplify business processes throughout company Supply chains. Due to the introduction of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, companies with over 3000 people in their supply chain are eager to implement this software into their structure to adhere to the guidelines. With restrictions forecasted to get even tighter in the coming years more and more companies are preemptively looking to implement our client's solutions and thus, new business is booming.

This organisation's robust foundation is evident in its exclusive dependence on internal revenue. Positioned within their niche, their enduring presence is undeniable. Amidst a challenging few years for various sectors, they have strategically focused on a thriving market, expressing a resolute commitment to not only persist but to emerge as a household name in the realm of AI.

Your Profile:

• Experience in developing Java-based applications.
• Experienced working with databases like NoSQL or relevant equivalents.
• Experiencing navigating and working in Monolithic environments.
• Fluent English
• German-speaking capabilities are a bonus.
• Must be based within a commutable distance of Mannheim for the 60% on-site requirement.
• Experience working in a startup/scale-up is valuable.
