SEO Specialist (Healthcare & Higher Education)

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our fast-growing SEO team. Working with the senior leadership team, you'll help scale one of the most exciting marketing channels within the business.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for developing, executing and continuously optimising the SEO strategy across all business units
• Plan and implement the search engine optimization tactics
• Delivering industry leading content strategy and framework which will enable the company to compete efficiently through, On page and off page technical SEO strategies.

Build action plans with recommended changes towards:

• Optimizing internal linking
• Strengthening global targeting
• Refining website architecture
• Improving indexation and crawl effectiveness
• Enriching templates with dynamic content and structured data
• Expanding all web content to deliver organic growth by building a high-volume keyword-informed content strategy and working across teams to execute
• Building a relevant automation / scaling roadmap for content and LPs including Keyword optimization, Content templates & publishing, LP creation and Content building / creation
• Optimize content and other SEO ranking factors for all websites and landing
• pages to achieve the highest positions on SERPs 
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization 
• Develop and implement linkbuilding strategy 
• Work with various tools for the daily management of SEO activities, such as: Ahrefs, Semrush, Surfer SEO, Neuron Writer, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog etc. (any other recommendations are welcome)
• Responsible for preparing SEO reports

Requirements

• 3+ years of SEO professional experience (proven SEO experience) in Healthcare
• Higher Education preferred but not required
• Fluent English 
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms 
• Familiar with above mentioned SEO tools (other suggestions are welcome)
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) 
• Knowledge of Google Search Console
• Strong analytical and data-driven thinking 
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage your time and tasks effectively 
• Passionate with innovative thinking and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO 
• Excellent communication skills 

You will be working as a contractor and you will need to have a legal entity for invoicing

The role is fully remote and you will be working on your own schedule. But our core hours are 10.00 CET - 16.00 CET where we need to be able to reach you.
