We are looking for passionate, user-focused, and collaborative Product Owners at both Junior and Manager levels to join our growing product team. Responsibilities and scope will be aligned based on the candidateβs experience and capabilities.

π― Key Responsibilities (Adjusted by Level)Responsibilities for All Levels- Write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and refine the product backlog
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams
- Collect user feedback and participate in user research
- Support testing, validation, and quality assurance
- Monitor product performance and contribute to product improvements
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead stakeholder management and alignment across teams
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business impact
- Own product KPIs and ensure alignment with company goals
- Lead product discovery, research, and validation initiatives
- Drive data-informed decision-making and long-term product planning
- Degree in Business, IT, Design, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in digital products, user needs, and agile delivery
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum principles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello is a plus
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a product-focused role
- 3β7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
- Ability to own and manage the full product lifecycle
- Strong skills in roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management
- Experience driving product discovery, research, and data-driven decisions
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work
- Strong communication skills and a user-centric mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
