🎯 Key Responsibilities- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer value
- Translate customer needs into detailed user stories and product requirements
- Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features
- Conduct user research, gather insights, and validate assumptions
- Monitor product performance, KPIs, and business impact
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across teams
- Lead discovery, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Champion a data-driven, user-focused approach to decision-making
- 3–7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
- Strong understanding of product development, agile methodologies, and UX principles
- Proven ability to translate customer problems into actionable product solutions
- Excellent prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics platforms
- Strong analytical abilities, with experience using data to drive decisions
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable leading initiatives independently
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work
