As our worker, you will join the community of over 300 Business Analysts at Sii. Our specialists develop applications dedicated to various sectors, e.g. pharmaceutical (a system dedicated to clinical trials), e-commerce (a platform serving millions of customers around the world), banking (e-payments systems, development of mobile banking), and many more!

Your tasks
- Cooperating with business partners to understand their needs
- Creating user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, diagrams
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Creating project documentation
- Supporting UAT tests
- Cooperating with a team of programmers, testers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of business analysis in IT
- Familiarity with the software development cycle
- Knowledge of the Scrum methodology, BPMN and UML notation, JIRA, and Confluence
- Communication and analytical skills, focus on solving problems, and the ability to work in a team,
- Good written and spoken technical English in order to communicate freely
- Knowledge of SQL, SOAP, REST
- Ability to create UX/UI mock-ups
