JOB OVERVIEW

The Customer Excellence Representative (Golden Visa) will be the dedicated point of contact for high-value clients seeking Golden visa assistance. This individual will deliver a seamless, high-end client experience by welcoming visitors, reviewing documentation, guiding them through the Golden Visa process, and ensuring all submissions are accurately received and dispatched to the main office for processing. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of Golden Visa eligibility criteria, regulations, conditions, and ongoing updates. However, the candidate will not be required to apply for the Golden Visa through the system. We are seeking a polished professional capable of handling VIP clients with discretion, confidence, and precision, while maintaining close coordination with internal operations teams to ensure timely and compliant service delivery.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and engage clients visiting the Golden Visa desk with professionalism, warmth, and discretion, ensuring a premium and personalized service experience.

• Verify all required documents, review applications for completeness and accuracy, and provide clear guidance on the Golden Visa process, timelines, and next steps.

• Coordinate the secure transfer of client documents and information to the Company’s main office for back-office processing and government submission.

• Maintain daily communication with the internal operations team to track progress, follow up on pending cases, and ensure smooth end-to-end handling of each client file.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Golden Visa eligibility, document requirements, and issuance stages, ensuring accurate communication of information to clients.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, data protection, and compliance throughout all interactions and document handling.

• Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service for each visitor while maintaining a calm, organized, and client-focused environment.

• Prepare daily and weekly logs of all received applications, document transfers, and client interactions to support reporting and audit requirements.

• Proactively identify process improvements and client-experience enhancements, suggesting ideas that align with the Company’s commitment to service excellence.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (High School Degree is also acceptable).

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or client relations, ideally in the government services, immigration, or Golden Visa domain.

• Essential: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the UAE Golden Visa process, including eligibility, document requirements, and typical client scenarios.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with VIP clients in a courteous, composed, and confident manner.

• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for high-value client interactions.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic and additional languages are an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort using digital tools for document tracking and reporting.

• Eligibility to work in the UAE.
