About The Role


We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Product Owner who excels in fast-paced environments. This role is ideal for someone who values clarity, can bring order out of chaos, and takes full end-to-end ownership of product execution and delivery.


What You’ll Do


As a Product Owner, you will:

  • Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution across Engineering, Design, and QA.
  • Own and manage the Product Backlog, translating requirements into actionable User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Monitor delivery metrics and keep the Product Manager aligned on progress.
  • Establish and maintain product documentation (PRDs) as a living source of truth.
  • Coordinate releases and drive process improvements to optimize team efficiency and execution.


Requirements


  • 2+ Years of Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role (e.g. Scrum Master, QA Lead, or Business Analyst) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Self-starter with Cross-functional Leadership Skills: Proven ability to proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and coordinate diverse teams.
  • Strong Communicator with exceptional skills in cross-functional coordination.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) for sprint and backlog management
  • Highly organized and structured, able to bring structure to ambiguity and create clear processes that keep work on track.
