We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our fully remote team in Australia. In this role, you will shape product positioning, drive go-to-market strategies, and translate customer insights into impactful marketing initiatives that accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across target segments
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches and feature releases
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform product decisions
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies
  • Create compelling marketing materials (web content, pitch decks, case studies, landing pages)
  • Support sales enablement with playbooks, battle cards, and product training
  • Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and campaign outcomes to refine messaging
  • Identify new opportunities for adoption, cross-sell, and customer retention
  • Contribute to roadmap discussions from a customer and market perspective

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of B2B or B2C product lifecycle and GTM processes
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and copywriting skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging
  • Experience with market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
  • Highly collaborative, cross-functional communicator
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
  • Based in Australia with full working rights

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital product environments
  • Background in sales enablement or growth operations
