Role Overview:
As our Full-Stack Developer, you'll build the technical backbone of BOS+HUB, focusing on low-fidelity prototypes and integrations for the Insiders site. This pre-seed role emphasizes rapid iteration based on community feedback. Upon funding, you'll expand to full-stack features, ensuring scalability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and iterate MVP wireframes for the unified BOS+HUB dashboard, integrating APIs for operations systems and tools.
- Develop front-end interfaces for insiders.bosshub.us, including sign-up forms, polls, and tier management.
- Ensure responsive design for mobile and desktop, with accessibility standards.
- Handle back-end development for mailing list automation, data storage, and user authentication.
- Collaborate with product designers on wireframes and conduct user testing with community feedback.
- Document code thoroughly for future scalability and team handoffs.
- Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways for paid tiers).
- In pre-seed phase: Focus on functional prototypes to demonstrate proof-of-concept.
- Post-funding: Expand to advanced features like revenue share tracking and platform integrations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in full-stack development with a portfolio of startup projects.
- Expertise in HTML/CSS/JS, Docker, and Redis.
- Experience with APIs, databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL), and version control (Git/GitHub).
- Proficiency in wireframing tools (Figma) and testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Heroku) and responsive design principles.
- Bonus: Experience with business tools integrations or solopreneur-focused apps.
Equity & Compensation Details:
- Equity from the employee equity pool, divided among all team members upon funding confirmation, vesting over 3 years.
- Bonus equity for MVP launch milestones, such as functional prototypes.

- Post-funding: Competitive salary aligned with experience, plus equity.
KPIs for Success:
- Deliver functional MVP within 3 months of start.
