Job Opening: React.js Developer with Next.js Experience (Remote - Chennai)

We currently operate an IRS-approved e-filing website for Form 2290 and are expanding to launch a second site for IRS Form 720. Our mission is to drive secure, scalable, and user-focused digital services that power compliance and efficiency.
Role Overview:
We're seeking a React.js Developer with hands-on experience in Next.js to join our remote development team. You’ll be responsible for building modern, performant, and accessible front-end interfaces for our web applications that support federal compliance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with React.js
- Solid experience with Next.js (server-side rendering, static site generation, API routes)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS (Tailwind is a plus), and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines
- Understanding of Git and version control workflows
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment
- Ability to travel to Chennai if needed.
