Overview
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - Digital & eCommerce
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team, managing digital and eCommerce projects for some of the world’s most iconic FMCG brands. You’ll collaborate with clients across North America and Europe, working closely with cross-functional teams and reporting directly to the Group Account Director.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and nurture client relationships across multiple brands, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and delivery of high-quality digital work
- Lead creative and content development for digital advertising campaigns in line with client goals
- Plan and supervise project timelines, budgets, and workflows across internal and external teams
- Take full ownership of medium- to large-scale projects — ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Oversee project management elements including costs, timings, scope, and internal resource planning
- Prepare and submit cost estimates and proposals in collaboration with the Group Account Director
- Lead and participate in client meetings and presentations
- Ensure accurate project documentation, financial tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with international Publicis Groupe teams and partner agencies
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client brands through data-driven and creative solutions
- Support new business initiatives and pitch preparations
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
- Minimum 4 years of agency experience, ideally in digital advertising or eCommerce
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proven experience managing project budgets, timelines, and Scopes of Work (SOWs)
- Confident use of Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with Monday.com or similar tools is a plus
- Skilled in preparing decks, reports, and client presentations
- Interest and experience in digital marketing
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Detail-oriented, structured, and organized
- Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proactive and solution-oriented under pressure
- Team-player with leadership potential and mentoring attitude
- Confident presenter with strong storytelling skills
- Independent, reliable, and professional “can-do” attitude
