Job Description

4C For All – Expanding global access to mental health education

Part-time | 5–10 hours/week | 3-month pilot contract | Remote | $2,000/month retainer | Pathway to expanded role

About 4C For All

4C For All is a global nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to community-based mental health education and support. We raise funds that allow individuals and communities—especially those in low-resource areas and those who cannot afford care—to access evidence-based mental health skills training, resilience-building coursework, and online learning communities.

We mobilize philanthropic resources, partnerships, and scholarships so that individuals around the world can participate in 4C Mental Health’s courses and training programs at no cost. Our model enables one funded seat to create a ripple effect of community impact, as graduates go on to support others and build local initiatives.

We are in a rapid build phase and operate with a lean, startup mindset. We are now focused on building the fundraising infrastructure needed to scale our reach and sustainable impact.

About the Role

We are seeking a Founding Growth & Development Lead to build the fundraising engine, donor pipeline, board, and systems necessary for scale. This is not a traditional nonprofit development role with inherited infrastructure — it is a founding builder role for someone energized by white space, experimentation, and creating systems from the ground up.

This role reports directly to the Founder & Executive Director and has the potential to expand into a larger leadership role (including a future ED path) after an initial 3-month pilot based on performance.

What You’ll DoFundraising & Revenue Development
  • Build the donor and partner pipeline from scratch
  • Identify corporate, foundation, and individual donor opportunities
  • Cultivate relationships and schedule fundraising conversations
  • Prepare and submit LOIs and grant applications
  • Design fundraising strategies that grow scholarship funding
  • Develop essential fundraising collateral (case statement, pitch deck, templates)
Infrastructure & Systems
  • Select and implement a donor CRM
  • Develop workflows, stewardship processes, dashboards, and SOPs
  • Establish systematic donor tracking and reporting
Board Development
  • Identify and cultivate 3–5 strong board candidates
  • Support the development of board structure and engagement expectations
Collaboration & Accountability
  • Partner with the ED on messaging, fundraising materials, and campaigns
  • Provide bi-weekly KPI updates and progress reports
  • Help develop mid- and long-term fundraising strategy
Who You Are
  • Energized by building rather than inheriting systems
  • A resourceful, scrappy problem-solver comfortable in ambiguity
  • A relationship-centered fundraiser who excels at connecting mission to partners
  • A systems thinker who enjoys turning vision into repeatable processes
  • Mission-driven and passionate about expanding access to mental health support
  • A self-starter who enjoys action and iteration
  • Comfortable leveraging AI and modern digital tools to accelerate research, prospecting, content creation, and system-building — always looking for smarter, faster ways to increase impact and efficiency.
  • Deep commitment to mental healthcare and access.

Bonus experience:

Corporate partnerships, foundation fundraising, early-stage nonprofit work, CRM setup, board recruitment, philanthropy strategy, or social impact entrepreneurship.

Compensation & Structure
  • $2,000/month retainer
  • 5–10 hours/week
  • 3-month pilot contract
  • Option to renew or expand role based on results
  • Fully remote, flexible schedule
