We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven Quality Assurance Engineer to join our fully remote team in Australia. In this role, you’ll help ensure the reliability, performance, and overall quality of our products through rigorous testing and close collaboration with engineering and product teams.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing scripts
- Perform manual and/or automated testing across web, mobile, or backend systems
- Identify, document, and track defects while ensuring timely resolutions
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to refine requirements and ensure testability
- Validate new features, updates, and bug fixes in staging and production environments
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, tools, and testing frameworks
- Maintain clear documentation on test results, quality metrics, and known issues
- Support regression testing and continuous integration workflows
- 1–3 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance
- Understanding of QA methodologies, test cycles, and best practices
- Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Jira)
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Must be based in Australia with full legal working rights
Nice to Have
- Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience testing in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of SQL or scripting languages
