Role Overview
We’re looking for our first DevOps Engineer to lead all DevOps initiatives and help shape the foundation of our infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to build systems from the ground up, working directly with our CTO in a highly collaborative, science-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deployment infrastructure from scratch.
- Develop and maintain MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for smooth production workflows.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to streamline experimentation and resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across environments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Nomad, Kubernetes, or similar orchestration tools.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly Terraform.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and machine learning pipelines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working within CET (±3 hours) or US East Coast time zones.
