You might be a great fit if you:

• Live in or near Davao City and can visit our office at least once per week as required
• Have experience with mobile or web development (or a strong portfolio of projects)
• Are proficient in one or more: Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Vue, or modern web frameworks
• Understand modern development practices and design patterns
• Communicate confidently in English (written and verbal)
• Can work flexible hours to align with international client time zones
• Are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about code quality

Bonus Points if you:

• Have worked with international clients or distributed teams
• Are proficient in multiple platforms (iOS + Android, or Mobile + Web)
• Have published apps on App Store or Google Play, or live web applications
• Contribute to open-source projects
• Understand CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
• Have experience with Git, GitHub, and collaborative development
• Are familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Firebase)

Each role is tailored to client needs, but you may:

• Develop native mobile applications (iOS with Swift, Android with Kotlin)
• Build responsive, modern web applications using latest frameworks
• Create reusable components and frameworks for scalability
• Collaborate with international teams on product development
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Debug and optimize application performance across platforms
• Support the delivery of projects on time and to specification

📍 Our office is located in Davao City. All team members must:

• Be able to visit the office at least once per week when required
• Visit the office initially to collect laptop and work materials
• Attend occasional team meetings and technical sessions on-site
