Senior Business Analyst (Remote)
Industry: Biotechnology / Plasma-Based Therapies
A leading organization in the biotechnology and plasma-based therapies sector is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Forecasting, Pricing & Analytics (FPA) team. This fully remote role combines advanced analytics, pricing strategy, and machine learning to drive data-based decision-making across the business. You will own analyses end-to-end, partner with senior leadership, and influence strategic outcomes through high-impact insights.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and business-critical insights
- Assess pricing performance to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities across centers and donor groups
- Support forecasting and pricing initiatives using advanced statistical and analytical methods
- Build and deploy machine learning models that enhance donor insights and operational performance
- Lead the experimentation lifecycle—from design to execution and analysis—while promoting best practices in analytics
- Create clear, compelling visualizations and narratives for leadership and cross-functional partners
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, etc.); Master’s preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in analytics, pricing, forecasting, or strategy
- Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, regression, causal inference, and hypothesis testing
- Hands-on expertise with Python, PySpark, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Ability to translate complex findings into simple, actionable business recommendations

Additional Details
- Remote role (U.S. based)

- Competitive salary range: $86,500 – $135,960, depending on experience, skills, and location
