Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions for enterprise-scale digital projects. You’ll lead requirement discovery, define product vision, and work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges.
- Lead workshops or interviews to gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive documentation — including BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create wireframes, process flows, and data models to visualize system behavior and user interaction.
- Partner with development, QA, and UI/UX teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
- Manage change requests and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide consultation and propose solutions that balance business needs, technical feasibility, and user experience.
- Mentor or support junior Business Analysts within the team.
- Communicate progress, risks, and impacts effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Requirements5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting complex business requirements for web, eCommerce, or enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in requirement analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Figma, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, Balsamiq).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to conceptualize and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Solid understanding of UML, use cases, and business process modeling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Korean and English (both written and verbal).
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure in a multicultural environment.
