Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Application Developer to design, build, and support mission-critical applications for large-scale automotive systems. This role requires deep technical expertise across ASP.NET, C#, Blazor, SQL Server, Microservices, and DevOps/CI-CD, with the ability to architect scalable, high-performance solutions in enterprise environments.


The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically sharp, and able to take ownership across the full SDLC β€” from design and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing support. This is a senior engineering role with a strong emphasis on problem solving, application performance, e-commerce integrations, and mentoring mid-level developers.



Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all phases of the software development life cycle (analysis β†’ design β†’ development β†’ testing β†’ deployment β†’ support)
  • Develop large-scale web/database applications with advanced e-commerce integration
  • Build, test, debug, and optimize new and existing .NET applications
  • Design and develop using the Microsoft .NET stack (ASP.NET, C#, Blazor, CLR, SDKs, Libraries, Microservices, Docker, etc.)
  • Write complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
  • Maintain and support multiple applications, environments, and deadlines
  • Follow DevOps practices, CI/CD workflows, and established change control processes
  • Serve as a technical SME for system integration, compatibility, and multi-platform architecture
  • Work closely with business analysts, PMs, and developers to define solutions and requirements
  • Identify, escalate, and communicate risks related to application deployments
  • Develop clear technical & architectural documentation
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers
  • Provide weekly status updates and work progress documentation

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10–15 years of progressive software development experience
  • Expert-level proficiency with .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, Blazor, Microservices, Docker, CLR)
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012+) and advanced T-SQL
  • Experience with high-traffic, high-availability enterprise systems
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and web application integrations
  • Advanced capability in software design, programming patterns, debugging, and performance tuning
  • Experience with DevOps / CI/CD pipelines and change management processes
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact with business partners and translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience mentoring and providing technical leadership
  • Strong documentation, system tracing, and performance troubleshooting skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field
  • Stable enterprise work history required
  • Big 4 consulting experience preferred
