Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Palantir Foundry Expert

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in Palantir Foundry to design, build, and deploy data-driven solutions. You will develop applications, data pipelines, and ontology models while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective tools and onboard teams for adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions in Palantir Foundry, including ontology modeling (object types, properties, links, actions), data pipelines (using Code Workbook/Repositories), and applications (Workshop, Contour, Quiver, Object Explorer).
• Build and maintain the Foundry ontology to create a semantic layer aligning data with real-world business entities.
• Develop backend logic with Python (primary) and/or TypeScript/JavaScript for custom functions, transforms, and integrations.
• Develop user-facing applications and dashboards to support operational workflows.
• Collaborate with business functions to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver training/onboarding sessions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and governed (e.g., permissions, data quality).
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and document processes for knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or data engineering experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, especially ontology development and management.
• Strong proficiency in Python (essential for Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, and custom transforms).
• Experience building full-stack applications in Foundry (e.g., Workshop modules, frontends with Blueprint/OSDK).
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, conduct demos, and lead onboarding/training.
• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and integration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript/React for custom Foundry frontends (via Ontology SDK).
• Knowledge of Spark/PySpark, REST APIs, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Palantir certifications (e.g., Foundry Developer) or prior client-facing deployment experience.
• Background in data governance, analytics, or operational tools.
