Title Clinical Director (MD/DO)
Location approx. 35 minutes from East Side Washington, DC
Type Full-time, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Incentives Sign-on bonus and relocation support (open to market feedback)
Admin/Clinical Split 10–20% administrative / 80–90% clinical
Clinical Scope Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Behavioral Health, Care Management
Patient Volume 12–16 patients/day depending on leadership duties
Leadership Responsibilities
Supervise physicians, NPs, behavioral health providers, and care managers
Oversee clinical operations and quality improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with HRSA, PCMH, and FQHC standards
Collaborate with CEO and Board on strategic planning
Serve as liaison between clinical staff and administration
Ideal Candidate
MD or DO with active Maryland license and DEA registration
Board certified in Family or Internal Medicine
5+ years clinical experience, 2+ years in leadership
