About the Role
We’re hiring our first VP of Marketing to build a modern, data-driven demand generation engine and sharpen our go-to-market positioning. You’ll be a core member of the leadership team, owning both the marketing roadmap and hands-on execution across campaigns, messaging, and performance. This is a great opportunity for an experienced marketing leader that has scaled companies from $5M to $20M+ ARR or been the #2 at a larger org and is ready to lead. What You’ll Do
- Build & own a demand generation engine that drives pipeline growth and sales velocity
- Refresh brand, messaging, and category positioning to stand out in the MSP cyber market
- Establish marketing operations rigor, including funnel analytics, attribution, and ROI tracking
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Product to align GTM efforts
- Prepare for scale — supporting international expansion and multi-channel distribution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 5+ in a leadership role
- Proven success in demand generation, pipeline creation, and GTM execution
- Experience scaling from $5M–$25M ARR, ideally in a lean or channel-driven model
- Hands-on, data-driven, and excited to build with limited resources
- Strong cross-functional chops, especially with Sales and Product
- Bonus: Background in cybersecurity, PLG, or working with MSPs/channel partners
