Job Description
Insight Global is seeking two experienced DFT IC Design Engineers to join a leading semiconductor company at their Colorado Springs site. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology powering next-generation Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) ecosystems through PCIe Switch Products and Enterprise Storage Products. This is a permanent opportunity and full relocation is provided if applicable.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute DFT implementation, verification, and debug
- Work with BISR, BIST, MBIST, SCAN, ATE, ATPG
- Develop Hierarchical DFT Flow and Methodology
- Collaborate with IC Design RTL Engineers and Physical Design Engineers
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–15 years of DFT experience
- Full DFT design cycle experience in RTL/Netlist
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Electrical or Electronics Engineering; flexibility with strong experience)
- Hands-on experience with BISR, BIST, MBIST, SCAN, ATE, ATPG
- Proficiency in Siemens Tessent Tool
