NobleProg is a global training and consulting company specializing in AI, data, cyber security, IT, management, digital transformation, and enterprise up-skilling programs.
We are seeking a Training Manager to support our growing US operations and help drive business development, client relationships, and end-to-end coordination of training and consulting engagements.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to start part-time and gradually grow into a larger leadership function within our organization.
Responsibilities
Business Development and Client Engagement
- Acquire new leads through outreach and business development initiatives
- Nurture and convert leads into long-term clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and public sector customers in the US market
- Negotiate agreements and oversee account progression
Training and Consultancy Coordination
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations for training and consulting engagements
- Manage delivery logistics from start to finish and ensure an excellent client experience
- Support the development of Managed Training offerings
Marketing and Brand Development
- Create marketing plans to increase visibility and drive awareness
- Develop marketing materials and contribute to promotional campaigns
- Represent NobleProg at seminars, networking events, and industry meetups
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident and professional presence when speaking with clients
- Business development experience in training, educational services, or a related field
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and modern sales techniques
- Experience engaging with HR, Learning and Development, or technical client teams
- Technical background in IT is helpful but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience selling to corporate or public sector clients
- Ability to self-organize the sales process effectively
- Proficiency in English
- Interest in growing into a long-term Training Manager role rather than seeking short-term or interim employment
