At EasyLlama, we are not just transforming compliance training—we are challenging the status quo. We have a strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and getting things done.

About the Role:

This is a self-sufficient individual contributor role. You’ll be the primary systems owner for EasyLlama’s go-to-market tooling — managing HubSpot (CRM), Gong, PandaDoc, Dialpad, Lucia (data enrichment), LlamaVisor (internal customer data backend), Sendspark, and related integrations and automation. This is a cross-functional role: technical systems work, product/ops partnership, vendor management, documentation, and end-user enablement. You should be comfortable owning projects end-to-end.

Key responsibilities:

Platform administration

  • Make decisions about the ideal tech stack to improve GTM efficiency at EasyLlama.
  • Administer HubSpot: users & permissions, properties, pipelines, deals, contact & company data model, workflows, lists, templates, and reporting.
  • Manage Gong: user access, workspace configuration, integration with HubSpot/Dialpad, and recording/insights lifecycle.
  • Administer PandaDoc: templates, contract lifecycle, eSignature workflows, and HubSpot/PandaDoc linkages.
  • Maintain Dialpad: phone provisioning, call routing, logging and HubSpot call records.
  • Manage Lucia: enrichment workflows, API keys, mapping enrichment fields to HubSpot and LlamaVisor.
  • Support Sendspark: template management, personalization tokens, and integrations for personalized video outreach.
  • Own LlamaVisor integrations: ensure customer data syncs reliably between LlamaVisor and HubSpot/analytics systems, debug sync issues and maintain data model documentation.

Integration & automation

  • Design, implement and maintain integrations between systems (native integrations, middleware like Zapier/Make, custom scripts using APIs).
  • Build and maintain automations to reduce manual work for Sales, SDR, CS, and Marketing.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems (deduplication, field mapping, sync rules) and maintain data pipelines.

Reporting & observability

  • Maintain GTM operational dashboards and reports, support ad hoc analytics requests and ensure source-of-truth data.
  • Implement alerts and SLAs for critical syncs and automations.

Enablement & documentation

  • Produce clear runbooks, system diagrams, onboarding docs, and training materials for GTM teams.
  • Train Sales, Marketing and CS teams on best practices and new functionality.

Vendor & budget management

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and help evaluate new GTM tools.
  • Manage operational budgets for GTM tooling as required.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years experience administering GTM systems (CRM + sales enablement / comms tooling) or Revenue Operations / GTM Ops role.
  • Hands-on HubSpot admin experience (properties, pipelines, workflows, reporting).
  • Experience with one or more of: Gong, PandaDoc, Dialpad, Sendspark, or similar systems.
  • Strong API & integration experience (building/maintaining integrations with REST APIs; experience with middleware like Zapier/Make/Integromat is a plus).
  • Comfortable with SQL and troubleshooting data issues
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills; proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
  • Excellent problem solving and incident response skills; able to independently drive projects to completion.

Preferred qualifications:

  • HubSpot certifications (Admin, Sales Software, etc.).
  • Prior experience owning internal systems or a customer data backend (similar to LlamaVisor).
  • Experience with data warehousing / BI tools (BigQuery, Snowflake, Looker, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR).
  • Experience with Gong admin or implementation.

Interview Process:

  • Initial Screening
  • Hiring Manager Interview
  • Case Study
  • Cross Functional Team Interview

How We'll Take Care of You:

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $107,000
  • Flexible, fully remote environment
  • Competitive employer-sponsored health insurances
  • 401(k) + company matching
  • Professional development reimbursements
  • Quarterly remote work stipend
