Job Description
Senior Linux and Systems Administrator - $110,000 + bonus – 100% Remote:
R2 are on the lookout for a Senior Linux and Systems Administrator who will play a critical role in scaling infrastructure and helping take projects to the next level.
We are particularly looking for candidates that come from more of a managerial background to help mentor more junior members of the team and bring ideas to the table although still has that sharp hands on skillset in day-to-day work.
What we are looking for:
- 8+ years experience in Linux Administration
- Very familiar with servers such as Rackspace, Digital Ocean etc.
- Expert level experience within the LAMP Stack and eCommerce platforms such as WordPress, Magento, Joomla etc.
- Strong experience in CakePHP
- Strong background in HAProxy or Nginx
- Cloudfare business experience in WAG, Trust, Zero etc.
- Any Certifications are welcome
- Strong written and oral communication skills
